Stay active

Walnuts not only taste great but are also a rich source of monounsaturated fats. One quarter cup serving can deliver up to 95% of your Recommended Dietary Allowance of omega-3 fats. Walnuts have been studied and promoted for their cardiovascular benefits, anticancer properties, anti-inflammatory effects and brain health properties. Eat walnuts on their own, in salads or a vegetable dish or with fruit.


Keep hydrated by drinking 2 to 4 litres of filtered or alkaline water daily. Fresh lemon juice can be added to increase the alkalinity

A positive mindset

Get into a positive state of mind by using flower essences (if required), spending time in nature, listening to light/classical music, meditation and getting into present time (a nice ‘trick’ here is to stop what you are doing and just observe your surroundings for 10 seconds a few times per day.
